Salesforce Test Analyst - Public Sector

We are seeking a Test Analyst with strong experience in testing Salesforce-based solutions to join the Digital Delivery team. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital forms and associated workflows.

Capabilities Required:

• Strong Salesforce testing experience (including Experience Cloud / Service Cloud exposure preferred).
• End-to-end test governance capability – test strategy, planning, RTM, defect management, environments, and release readiness.
• System, integration, and UAT execution experience across digital forms, workflows, payments, and email automation.
• Test design & data preparation skills – positive/negative cases, boundary testing, non-functional checks (performance, accessibility).
• Stakeholder collaboration & reporting – working closely with Dev, Solution Architects, business SMEs,...
