Skills:

·       Familiarity with Einstein AI.

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce administration

·       Experience with Flow Builder and Process Automation

·       Prompt engineering and testing skills for GPT models

Characteristics:

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

·       Ability to understand, navigate, and effectively use AI-powered tools.

·       Completes tickets within SLA while managing competing tasks

·       Ability to scope, plan, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
