About the Opportunity

OnDemand Innovation (ODI) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Architect-level

Consultant to support one of our clients on specialized, technical, and high-impact Salesforce

initiatives. This role focuses on advanced configuration, integrations, forecasting architecture, data

strategy, and system scalability projects for a growing organization that relies heavily on Salesforce as

its revenue engine. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales operations, and

cross-functional teams while coordinating through ODI as the delivery partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom objects, fields, and complex data models

• Architect and configure advanced automation (Flows, approvals, validation logic)

• Redesign and optimize core sales processes
