Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
• Strong background in integration design, data migration strategies, and end‑to‑end solution architecture .
• Domain experience in manufacturing industry , with ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and able to work directly with local stakeholders in Germany.
