**What you’ll do?**
- End-to
- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects
- Salesforce Capabilities:
- Service Cloud and Experience Cloud focus
- Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect, Messaging for in-app and web
- Apex Development understanding (when and when not to use)
- Flow Development
- Assist Developers with troubleshooting
- Reporting and Dashboard Development
**What you’ll bring**:
- At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 5 as a Solutions Architect)
- Salesforce certifications (System Architect and Application Architect)
- Significant Consulting/client facing background
- Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
- At least 2 years of Salesforce Project Management Experience
- Agile methodology
