Job Summary: QA Engineers (Salesforce Service Cloud Project) Client: Salesforce Team: Service Cloud Quality Engineering Engagement Type: Short-term surge support (approx. 6 months) Timeline: Start by late November to support pre-holiday release Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview Support Salesforce's Service Cloud QA organization during a critical product release. Engineers will perform functional and integration testing for AI-enhanced features within Service Cloud, ensuring quality coverage across web and mobile platforms.
