Job Description

• Experience: 10+ years of applicable IT experience
• Certification in Salesforce.com
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com Service cloud - Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Communities portal
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience Genesys Pure cloud (optional)
• Experienced with working in DevOps model
• Experienced working with global business stakeholders and multiple IT teams.
• Good Coordination and Communication skills
• Experience in Contact Center/Customer Service business area is a plus.
• Exposed to working or integrating with Automation Solutions (optional)
• Experience with leading teams involving multiple technology platforms
