Key Responsibilities

• Understand the overall application landscape and program objectives
• Conduct discussions with key stakeholders to identify QA challenges and pain points
• Analyze existing testing processes and recommend improvements
• Review current QA artifacts including test plans, test scripts, automation scripts, and test reports
• Provide expert recommendations on testing best practices and quality processes
• Define and contribute to a high-level testing solution roadmap
• Author and execute functional test scripts across Salesforce applications
• Log, track, retest, and close defects using standard defect management practices
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test execution reports, and defect reports
• Perform automation testing including API and Salesforce-related test scenarios
• Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams
