Salesforce QA / Test Analyst

Position Description

CGI is seeking a Salesforce QA/Test Analyst to support quality assurance activities for Salesforce implementation initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Track, report, and manage defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 5+ years of QA or testing experience
• Hands‑on experience testing Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and workflows
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
