Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience testing Salesforce applications and API-based integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes, especially Opportunity management.
  • Experience validating MuleSoft or middleware-based integrations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile sprint-based testing cycles.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and defect management skills.

Work Scope: (Actual may vary slightly on scope)

  • Test Planning & Execution
  • Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases for:
  • MuleSoft integrations between Third-party application and Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Opportunity lifecycle scenarios driven by subscription events.
  • Validate end-to-end scenarios across Development, QA, and UAT environments.
