Salesforce Program Manager (CRM)

We’re looking for a Salesforce Program Manager with hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, and budget. You’ll serve as the bridge between clients and delivery teams, translating business goals into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership – Manage end-to-end formal projects within and between phases. Act as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment with project scope, driving project governance, and facilitating decision-making.
• Project Planning & Execution – Partner with Sales and Delivery to mobilize, kick off, manage, and close projects. Complete readiness checklists, manage scope, timeline, and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID Log, and other essential project documentation.
