Responsibilities

  • Build and execute email campaigns based on marketing briefs, including audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Design, code, and test responsive email templates using HTML/CSS within SFMC.
  • Utilize data extensions and segmentation strategies to ensure accurate audience targeting.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows for recurring campaigns and data processes.
  • Create and maintain customer journeys to enhance engagement and lifecycle marketing.
  • Implement and manage SMS messaging campaigns using SFMC Mobile Studio.
  • Work with SFMC APIs for data synchronization and integration with external systems.
  • Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and proper use of subscriber data across campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
