Solution Architect

The Solution Architect serves as subject matter expert on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote projects responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product.
• Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver as an individual contributor while also capable of leading a team of Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects.
• Demonstrate Quote‑to‑Cash (Revenue Cloud/ARM, CPQ, etc.) thought leadership and educate clients on Salesforce platform best practices, ensuring adherence across the implementation team.
