Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

As a seasoned functional consultant with exposure to one or more Sales Force Cloud including Sales, Marketing, Service or Commerce, you would lead functional modules for large transformation programs for our clients in the Retail, Consumer good and logistics vertical. This involves leading workshops with Client Business/IT teams to review AS-IS process, define TO-BE process blueprint in line with industry or Salesforce best practice and OOTB capabilities, capture business requirements and derive functional specifications.

Subsequently, as functional lead you would be responsible for workstreams comprising of on- and off-shore resources in translating functional specifications to work products and deliverables (through platform configurations, extensions or custom development).
