Role Description
Understand customers' business processes and business requirements to document, analyse and map user requirements to Salesforce solutions and conduct fit-gap analysis of the requirements. Good functional understanding of Salesforce products/solutions and industry domains. Able to map solutions, define the functional design of the solution and develop test plan and test cases.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements, do a fit-gap analysis and map requirements to Salesforce solutions and propose solutions to meet requirements
- Own and define the functional design of the Salesforce solution
- Document the business requirements and maintain requirements traceability matrix
