Job Purpose
The Salesforce Full Stack Developer (Lead Developer) will serve as a technical lead responsible for full-stack Salesforce development across Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Portal).
This role combines advanced technical design, coding, and integration expertise with lead responsibilities to mentor developers and uphold coding best practices. The individual will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Administrators to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enable Valvoline's global digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and DevOps processes who can act as both a developer and a technical lead within the Salesforce delivery team
