Salesforce experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of complex Salesforce issues Create and maintain technical documentation, such as knowledge base articles and process guides Assist with custom Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning components along with Visualforce development, and configuration of custom objects and fields Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times Provide technical guidance and leadership to L1 and L2 support engineers Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features
