Job Description

Own assigned Salesforce business processes end-to-end, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with stakeholder needs. Handle HQ requests, prioritize bug fixes, and ensure reliable system performance through best-practice development, integration, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement HQ requests: gather requirements, design solutions, develop, test, deploy, and monitor updates
  • Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, and automation tools
  • Integrate Salesforce with Uconx and third-party systems via APIs; troubleshoot and maintain data integrity
  • Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and provide user support and training

Qualifications & Experience
