• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
• Work extensively with SOQL, CPQ, and Salesforce APIs
• Build and integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure and support PRM, Agentforce, and RCA-related functionalities
• Support Salesforce package installations and Data Cloud integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
