Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage development and support services for Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical support including analysis, troubleshooting, and working on technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions, including creating custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
- Participate in project planning and management for Salesforce technical activities.
- Being willing to work outside of your scheduled shift or taking on extra hours to ensure the success of a project or meet the needs of customers in different time zones.
- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled shift timings.
