ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL) . You will build scalable solutions that support our global operations, ensuring high performance through modern coding standards and efficient platform configuration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the end-to-end Field Service (FSL) lifecycle by managing and configuring Service Resources, Work Types, and Work Orders.
  • Design and build reactive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain existing Aura components.
  • Develop robust business logic using Apex (Classes and Triggers) and Flow, ensuring all solutions are optimized to stay within Salesforce Governor Limits.
