A New York–based hospital is seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer to build and enhance solutions across clinical operations, patient engagement, and service workflows. This role focuses on Salesforce development, AI/Agentforce, and telephony integrations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
· Develop Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations using REST/SOAP
· Configure and support Service Cloud Voice, CTI, and Omni‑Channel
· Build AI-driven automation using Agentforce, Flows, and custom actions
· Optimize performance of AI agents, intents, and data models
· Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and maintain documentation
