Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Maintenance

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Build user interfaces and workflows with Lightning Framework and Salesforce LWC.
  • Ensure optimal functionality and performance of existing Salesforce applications.

Integration & APIs

  • Create and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, web services, and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work with technical teams to collect and document requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation including user guides, release notes, and design documents.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
