In the role of Salesforce Developer, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases. Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution. Develops scalable and maintainable Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder. Collaborates with business analysts, QA teams, and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
