Job Description

Client: Our client is a leading retail company in Latin America, currently implementing and evolving Salesforce Loyalty to support large-scale customer engagement programs.

  • Project overview: The initial engagement focuses on implementing the Salesforce Loyalty module to support the design and rollout of a large-scale loyalty program across multiple retail channels.
  • The project includes:
  • Configuring loyalty programs (tiers, benefits, promotions);
  • Implementing accrual and redemption logic;
  • Managing full member lifecycle processes;
  • Integrating loyalty transactions with POS, e‑commerce, ERP, and other operational systems.
  • This position follows a staff augmentation model. The developer will join the client's Salesforce team and collaborate daily with the Salesforce Technical Lead and Scrum Master.
