Salesforce Developer

Superstore Fiji is looking for a hands on Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale our Salesforce ecosystem as the central source of truth for customer, service, sales, and operational data.

In the first phase, the focus will be on implementing and enhancing Service Cloud, digital customer engagement channels, data migration, and dashboards. This aligns with the current Service Cloud rollout including case management, messaging channels, knowledge base, and reporting .

In later phases, this role will expand into deep system integrations such as inventory, logistics, and multiple custom APIs, with the long term goal of centralizing business data across departments into Salesforce.

This is a builder role. You will work closely with operations, customer service, marketing, logistics, and leadership to turn real business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
