Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and optimized performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design specifications.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance existing implementations.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
- Work closely with U.S.based business teams and technical stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configurations.
