Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and small-to-medium project components within agreed timelines.
• Work on integration touchpoints between Salesforce and external platforms, such as APIs and middleware.
• Implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist in improving system performance and user experience through targeted optimizations.
• Provide documentation for configurations, developments, and enhancements delivered during the contract.
• Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure continuity post‑engagement.
