PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you will work as part of our dedicated product focused Service Cloud squad to help design and deliver solutions to give the best experience to our customers.

We operate a challenging Salesforce instance, supporting a busy multi-channel contact centre and providing support tools and services to our transaction websites.
