Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and automation
Perform data cleanup, imports, and system maintenance
Development (Apex & LWC)
Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Optimize performance and resolve complex system issues
Work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
AI & Automation
Implement Salesforce AI features (Einstein, GPT capabilities)
Configure predictive scoring, recommendations, and insights
