Lead the architecture and design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and principles, leveraging standard platform capabilities, and minimizing customizations. Architect scalable single- and multi-org Salesforce strategies to support managed services, including scenarios involving org consolidation to optimize performance, governance, and cost-efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, product, and IT teams, to develop a comprehensive view of customer’s organization's strategy, processes, and information technology assets. Establish and evolve Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) best practices including reusable assets, architectural patterns, and governance models.
