Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Define and optimize data architecture layers (DLO, DMO, DSO) for scalability and cost efficiency
  • Establish best practices for data ingestion, identity resolution, unification, calculated insights, and activation
  • Analyze and optimize credit consumption across ingestion, federation, acceleration, and activation
  • Partner with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, MDM) to enable zero-copy or accelerated data flows
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, lineage, and compliance standards
  • Oversee integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems
