Required Experience & Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, KPIs, and customer analytics.
- Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead analytics initiatives and mentor team members.
- Fluent English
