Job Description

Role Description:

  • Lead discussions with customer stakeholders to gather and groom business requirements specific to Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) and Solution Architects (SAs) to capture and refine functional and technical inputs for CRMA user stories.
  • Design and implement the technical and architectural components of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
  • Build and demo dashboards to business stakeholders; gather feedback and iterate as needed.
  • Provide expert consultation to the CRMA delivery team and resolve complex technical and business queries.
  • Ensure solution design and implementation align with Salesforce and industry best practices.
  • Translate insights into meaningful business stories with proper verification and validation of data.
