Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to Salesforce users.
  • Working with ticket systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Investigating and resolving reported incidents and issues.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Field Service.
  • Experience in working with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
