**What you’ll do:**
The Salesforce Business & Technology Manager (Sales & Partner Sales) is responsible for maximising the value of the Salesforce platform across sales and channel operations. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, this role leads the business requirements needs, consults on implementation, and monitors for continuous improvement of business processes into Salesforce and related sales technologies — including AI (Agentforce)— such that we can fully leverage the platform to drive growth, efficiency, and customer success.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, championing the adoption of new features and best practices.
