**The Work:** ICF seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support a Salesforce Center of Excellence program for one of our government clients. The Business Analyst will work closely with federal stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and program leadership to analyze business needs, document requirements, support solution design, and help ensure successful delivery of Salesforce capabilities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills in a federal Agile delivery environment.
