The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. The candidate will need a strong techno-functional background in Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud modules.
