Job Description
Position – Salesforce Architect
Location – Pune – 5 days WFO
Experience Level: 9+ years
Mandatory Skills Required: Required expertise in CPQ, Service Cloud, and Integrations.
We require expertise demonstrated by having completed at least 1-2 end-to-end projects in Salesforce CPQ (including Advanced Approvals and Conga) and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain complex custom Salesforce configurations, workflows and integrations supporting a global, multi-entity, multi-currency business
Design, build and maintain complex Salesforce integrations with ERP and other financial and marketing applications focused on data mapping and transformation operations including tightly coupled Order-to-Cash processes
Design and implement integrated reporting and analytics capabilities to create visually engaging and intuitive dashboards and reports, emphasizing clear communication of complex data through charts, graphs and other visual elements
