What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering background with progression into solution architecture
Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions across:
Data models
Security and sharing models
Automation strategies (Flow-first approach)
Integration patterns
Non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability)
Hands-on development experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows
SOQL
OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles and Salesforce best practices
Ability to mentor developers and guide delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements translation skills
Mandatory Certifications (Partner Requirement - applications without these will not be progressed)
