Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Architecture

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Define end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce and integrated third-party platforms.
  • Drive architecture reviews, best practices, and governance aligned with enterprise and FinTech compliance standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on platform scalability, security, performance, and data strategy.

Salesforce & Platform Expertise

  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Architect and integrate B2B Marketing Automation using Pardot (Account Engagement) with Sales Cloud and FSC.
