Resource should be able to raise an alarm on time and ensure that the leadership update
Resource needs to have knowledge and hands on experience on Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redux UI and React JS

Resource should also have hands on experience on AWS services like EC2, ELB, RDS, CloudWatch, KMS

Resource should have knowledge on Incident Management Process and Defect Management Process

Resource should know how the SLAs work and ensure they are tracked closely to avoid any SLA slippages

Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Rally would be preferred

Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills, team handling skills, etc are a must

2 Being able to handle pressure situations and willing get their hands dirty when situation demands
