Responsibilities
- Support development of AI-powered service and sales agents in Salesforce
- Configure Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel Routing, and AI-driven case management
- Work with third‑party AI, NLP, and RPA tools
- Help integrate AI workflows across platforms to improve efficiency
- Work directly with clients to understand needs and guide AI adoption
- Assist in training client teams on AI-powered service and sales tools
- Test, refine, and improve AI-powered service experiences with senior engineers
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud
