Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain Agentforce Standard and Custom Agents and Data Cloudpowered experiences (data ingestion, harmonization, and activation as needed), along with Flows, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and declarative configurations while leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Integrate AI-driven workflows to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on technical architecture and solution design, incorporating AI technologies for scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, and QA to refine user stories and deliver functional software with AI enhancements in iterative sprints.
