Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform management.

Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, including community site configuration, user management, content management, and advanced features.

Solid experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning components.

Proficiency in configuring Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, process builder, flows, reports, dashboards, and data management tools.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including user profiles, roles, and permission sets.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce (a plus) for advanced customizations.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required.

Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification is a plus.
