System Administration and Operational Control

  • Serve as the primary business support and coordination point for SpecRight administration, ensuring effective governance, user support, and operational continuity by managing core administrative activities, coordinating access and user needs, triaging issues, and maintaining a stable, reliable, and business-ready platform.
  • Improve data quality and operational accuracy through recurring validations, record maintenance, issue identification, and timely escalation of risks or defects.
  • Provide visibility into activity, issues, and performance by maintaining trackers, monitoring open items, and reporting workload, turnaround times, and resolution status.
