Your role
  • Performing hands-on configuration tasks, including building objects, fields, flows, page layouts, lightning record pages, validation rules, and more
  • Translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Collaborating with technical teams and integration systems to deliver integrated solutions across the business
  • Providing guidance and leadership to production support teams, ensuring timely resolution of break-fix issues

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledge of Marketo, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, and Conga CLM is a plus
