Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to play a critical role in enabling our sales and service organizations through effective, well‑designed use of the Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond day‑to‑day administration and focuses on how Salesforce is actually used to support customer‑facing operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, adoption, and data quality. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work closely with business stakeholders and a Salesforce Solutions Architect to ensure Salesforce capabilities are leveraged appropriately, consistently, and in alignment with platform best practices. This role is ideal for an administrator who understands both the technical mechanics of Salesforce and the real‑world workflows of sales and service teams, and who is motivated by improving outcomes through the platform.
