Overview

Job Summary The Salesforce Administrator is part of a team responsible for managing the client’s Salesforce environment (50 users), ensuring that the setup meets the needs of the Fundraising and Marketing teams. This includes maintaining and improving the user interface (Lightning), helping with and maintaining the currency, accuracy and consistency of the CRM data and making sure that CRM processes and automations run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration: Ensuring operational continuity of the platform. Managing access, user licenses and service quotas. Keep track of platform changes and ensure minimal disruption to PIA’s operations;
  • Manage improvements to Salesforce UI and data structure, to ensure it meets the changing needs of the fundraising and marketing teams;
