Propstar Technologies is seeking a certified and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, customize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role requires close collaboration with management and development teams to deliver efficient, scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth.
You will play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce environment to support cross-functional business processes and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Develop, maintain, and optimize Flows, Workflows, and Approval Processes
Build insightful dashboards, reports, and automation solutions
Manage data integrity, data migrations, validation rules, and duplicate controls
Configure and maintain security settings, profiles, permission sets, and roles
Support system integrations, AppExchange applications, and Web-to-Lead functionality
